Over the weekend Great Divide finished bottling the 2009 version of their Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout and has made this great seasonal available at the brewery before releasing it in liquor stores! You can currently try it on tap, or pick up a few bottles to bring home, at their Arapahoe Street tap room from 2:00pm-8:00pm Monday-Tuesday or 2:00pm-10:00pm Wednesday-Saturday.

Oak Aged Yeti is Yeti Imperial Stout’s sophisticated sibling. They may be from the same clan, but they have entirely different personalities. Oak aging gives a subtle vanilla character, rounding out Yeti’s intense roastiness and huge hoppy nature. Who says you can’t tame a Yeti? 9.5% ABV
